Hard boiled, chopped up with some tomato and mayo, little bit of black pepper and stuffed between two thick slices of wholemeal bread. I can eat an insane amount of egg and tomato sandwiches! Mmmmmmmm! Darn but I'm hungry now!!

Either scrambled with some chopped spring onions, cherry tomatoes and cheese stirred in then stuffed into a garlic pitta pocket, or, fried and served with chips, peas and a pork chop! Both ways equally yummy!
