Spiritual centric=morally efficient.Would you say this is a general rule just looking around R&S?

No, not necessarily. One can be totally focused on themselves but also have boundaries about what they will and will not do as morals. There are some very cruel people who have strict moral principles about harming children and animals.
It also depends on how you look at it. Someone who considers themselves a total rebel and a jerk still has those moral principles no matter how backward other people see them.

I would say you've got it exactly backwards.

After a person has some experience in the real world, they soon realize that it's the egocentric individuals who are making the real contributions to civilization. So called spiritual people can't even tell the difference between what's real and what's not and, as a consequence, contribute diddly squat. True morality has nothing whatever to do with the superstitions of our ignorant ancestors. In the real world, change is the only certainty. Those who can manage change effectively will prosper; those who are fundamentally unable to change will become extinct.

No, it would depend on your system of morals and if your ego was involved in deteremining it.
