Judaism of course. You'd think God could have killed the owners of the land himself, since he killed other people.

every last one of them. There have been more wars and people killed over Divine rights then you can imagine.
The Native Americans, Native Africans, Hebrews, Persians, Greeks and many many more. I know where you were going with this question, a detour is needed. Every religion, nationally, and Race has at one time done what you are asking.

I would guess Judaism. In that God promised them the land of milk and honey....But you know what? Everyone has to live somewhere...it's a pretty good excuse for war, actually. I mean...not that I'm about war, I'm totally not, BUT, you do have to survive. This is going to actually be a big problem in the future as the human population keeps growing exponentially. Have YOU taken contraceptive methods today? LOL

Israel was legally transferred to the jews by the british.....and the rest was won fairly in war.
the palestinians do not even belong there...they got kicked out of other arab nations and ended up there....on Israel's property...
it is Islam that teaches killing others to get their land....the land already belonged to the jews....
