Those kinds of fuses are held in with little bolts on the bottom side of the fuse box. Will have to take it apart some to get them out and replace it.

Because it is bolted in there might be little doors to get the bolts out Disconnect the battery first and have a magnet ready I tend to drop those little bolts more than once getting them out and back in. Look closely there may be more than one wire under those little bolts.

make sure it doesn't have anything holding it in,from the side or the bottom,other wise it should come out,they do fit real tight even in the ones that don't have anything holding them down,good luck with it.
