It is very unlikely that a rapist is truly saved. The Holy Spirit of God who dwells in true believers would bring such conviction upon a person who was contemplating rape that they would not be able to go through with it.

As to a rape victim or any other type of victim, being the victim of a crime doesn't exonerate them from having to pay the penalty for their own breaking of God's laws.

The courts are full of men who were abused by their fathers as children and who grew up in dis functional families that went on to become violent criminals themselves.

The Judge doesn't give them a free pass for robbing and raping and killing someone because they were a victim of crime earlier in their life. Neither does God excuse the crimes that people commit against Him because they were the victims of sinful crimes in this fallen world.

Instead He calls all people to confess and repent of their sins and accept by faith the payment that He made for their crimes by sending his dear son Jesus who committed no crime to die in their place.

By most Christian dogmas, if the rapist truly repents and accepts Christ as his Savior, yes he goes to Heaven, while the victim, who never repented, goes to Hell. In fact, there are laws in the Bible (Old Testament) that the rapist if "convicted" must marry the woman!

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord." Isaiah 55:8
Trying to put God in a box is a huge mistake. God has always offered forgiveness to sinners if they repented of their wrongdoing, right from the very beginning. Also, He has never been impressed by the so called "good works" of humans.
God is perfect and in order to please and impress Him with our behavior we must be as perfect as He is. Unless you have been as perfect as God from the very first moment of your being you will never be able to win God's acceptance on the basis of your behavior alone.
That is why we are all in need of salvation. Not because the victim in your example was so evil but because, by God's standard of perfection and holiness, none of us, including her, have reached the standard that He requires.
God accepts the rapist, not because He is unfair but because He is perfectly fair. He has stated that whoever repents, believes in Him, and asks for forgiveness through Jesus, will be saved. He gives an absolutely equal chance to both the rapist and the victim because they are both guilty of sin in His eyes.
The rapist did not "deserve" God's forgivess--nobody does, including the victim. It is a free gift God will give to those who repent and seek His forgiveness.
"For it is by grace that you are saved, through faith--and not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2: 8&9
God is God and we are not. God doesn't tolerate any competition in being God--including those who are trying to do the job of God by working their way into heaven.
The simple answer is that if you want the utterly free, unearned gift of salvation through Jesus you can have it at any time, day or night, simply for the asking. If you don't want it, reject it, and consider yourself too good to do it God's way then don't blame God when you find yourself lost in spite of the fact that you are a "really nice guy."

Yeah...he did something wrong, but he asked for forgiveness and received it. Sadly, this often happens...a lot of the victims let the adversary get to them after the crime...but in reality they should use it to strengthen their testimony, so they can go out to other victims and even offenders and share their testimony of Jesus, and hopefully save lots of others.

Understand, God's ways of thinking is not like ours.
You place sin in levels of severity, God does not.

None of us deserve to be saved it is by Grace that we are saved, not by works lest any man boast.

The Sin of stealing a piece of gum from a store is the same as genocidal mass murder in the eyes of God.
You are placing sin in levels of severity.

Now this is not to say that the person who commits the sin of Rape will not endure 'physical' punishment, that he will, But God can forgive him (If he truly repents and not just a jailhouse conversion) of the eternal consequences.

Now if the Rape Victum refuses to repent of her sins and accept Christ as her Lord and Savior, then that is her decision.

Yes that is the religious belief. Kill, rape, ect all of these crimes are forgiven if you ask for it. After all jesus forgave a killer who was crucified next to him and let him into heaven

if the rapist truly repents with his heart and confesses that Jesus Christ IS Lord then He will inherit the kingdom of God.

If the victim does not..then she will not make it.

One of the thief's gave his life to Christ right before he died on the cross. Jesus saves...it's up to the person if they want to be saved or not.

NONE of us have the right to say who makes it into heaven or not. God will judge us all and His judge will be just.

After the rapist raped someone, if he repented of his sins, believes in Jesus, and follows Him, then yes! All of his sins are washed away.

If the rape victim is not saved, then of course she will go to hell.

According to some Christians, yes. That is why their threats of Hell do not move me. I'll be chilling with Gandhi and The Dalai Lama- much better company than a rapist or Ted Bundy (who was "saved") in my opinion.
