I have been nauseous and been having diarrhea for the past week. Also, I just had a monster nose bleed a half hour ago. What is wrong with me? What should I do?

If the nose bleed continues, you need to see your doctor. When you have a nose bleed, dont hold your head back like you see on TV, hold it forward with a tissue under it. As far as the nausea and diarrhea, just make sure you get plenty of fluid. It sounds like a viral infection, which has to just run it's course. If it continues, definitly go to the doctor.
