Depends on how tall you are. Most boys are around 5'2" when they're 13, and most girls are around 5'3". I do know a 13 year-old who is 4'6" and another who is 5'10" though.

I'm a 13 year old boy. I'm 5'1" and 100 lbs. If you're around 5 feet, give or take a couple inches, 95-115 lbs is fair game. If you're a little shorter, say 4'8" or 4'10", 80-90. If you're a little taller, say 5'7" or 5'8" then 130 is pretty decent. If you're athletic, you may be a little heavier.

Average weights are meaningless. Even when you look at height and weight its still not very meaningful. You can have two people of the same height with very different body shapes and muscle mass. Whats more important is fat percentage and overall fitness.
