I'll explain why. If you're talkin about cali-Texas part, i can explain. I also live around there. This year the biggest problem in the south west was droughts and forest fires in California and Floods in Texas. See, Climate Change is changing climate pattern, as the name suggests. Climate is actually changing. Some regions are getting a lot of rain, resulting in floods, while others right next those regions are getting no rain, resulting in droughts which result in forest fires.
