haha just to let you know... it's from the "mambo itlaiano " song thats why i was wondering..
it goes "e lo che se dice you get happy in the pizza when you mambo italiano"
i was just wondeing cus my family plays that song all the time (its a clasic haha) and i never new what it ment...

The whole lyrics of this song (in the version containing the words you've quoted) it's a quite strange mix up ot a few Italian, Spanish and English words.
What you're looking for "e lo che si dice" it's the phonetic transcription into Italian, with a weird English accent, of the Spanish "y lo que se dice" (meaning "and what people say" or "and what is said").
Correct Italian for this sentence would be "e quello che si dice"

you sound cute? he didnt even hear your voice i bet he doesnt even speak italian, who trys to meet someone that way online haha. anyway your sentence there is confusing. it doesnt make sense to me. in italy when someone goes to you "che se dice" its the same thing as someone here saying "whats up". so i think what you wrote might say "its what they say" or something like that. its confusing and doesnt make sense the way its written in that sentence.
