What's the secret to getting a jell-o mold out of the mold pan in one piece?

You can spray the mold very lightly with cooking spray and/or dip the mold in warm water after the Jello has set. I do both :)

Easiest way is to spray the mold lightly with Pam Cooking Spray then put the jello in. When the jello is set, dip mold in warm water .

Dip the mold down in warm water for a few seconds.

PAM was expensive so we used cooking oil or mayonnaise. Apply a thin coat. It also helps to put the mold in a pan of hot water for 30 seconds, then invert.
