I have green eyes, I have a not pale but not tan complexion and dark brown hair. I wanted to try doing platinum blonde hair for something really different, I want change. I never wear makeup because I don't need it.
Would this look bad with the rest of my features?
Should I dye my black eyebrows too?
How do you dye eyebrows?
How should I go about dying my hair platinum blonde?

my eyes and skin are similar and I wound up looking washed out, but if you really want to be blonde, please please let a professional do it. countless girls have wound up orange or with damaged hair. going blonde from such dark hair is a major step and the color must first be stripped out and then toned. I think most salons would be able to do your eyebrows too or if not, they could recommend something good for them. A good blonde job is tough and better left to a pro.

NEVER DYE YOUR EYEBROWS.

Thing is, when you change your hair, you need to change everything else. I bleached my hair to platinum blonde but I had to start wearing makeup because without it, chances are you'll look washes out. Just like foundation and maybe some thin eyeliner and you'll be fine.

It'll look kinda odd with black eyebrows, but if they're thin and shaped then it'll be okay. It's only a problem if you have like big furry black eyebrows.

Or you can just put some maybe brown/dark brown lowlights in the underlayer of your hair and your eyebrows won't stick out as much.

It's hard to tell if it would look bad b/c i don't actually know what you look like. I would dye my eyebrows light brown and not worry about my eyelashes. You need to go to a professional stylist to have your eyebrows and hair lighted to an extreme, other wise you might come out with orange hair and burnt face-from dying your eyebrows with too strong of dye.

my best friend did that and it was pretty much hell getting it to the platinum stage, but once she did it was cute. she got it done professionally and it took like three attempts to get it the right color and ended up costing her about $300 (they had to dye it several times with a bunch of diffrent toners.) she had to get her roots done every six weeks i think which got too expensive after a few months, too. now her hair is back to brown but she still has to be careful about dying it again, it's possible for it all to break off. so it's up to you...is it worth what it takes to get there? you only live once.

Instead of going darker brown, I would do a lighter brown, and put blond highlights into that. It would clash a lot less and be much more pretty and natural. Good luck!

I would say just put highlights in it. If you don't like that, then, idk, just dye it platnum blonde. I also think you should probably try makeup if you are going blonde. And yes, dye your eyebrows cuz then you would just look funny. And try an updo with your blonde hair. it works. that, or if you don't have side bangs, get some. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're going to go that drastic it's best to have a professional do it. That being said, remember when Cher and Celine went blonde? Enough said.
