Sure, why not?! White Castle sells their burgers in the freezer section of your local grocery store. Of course they won't taste as good at fresh made. Why not just freeze the cooked/grilled patties and wrap them individually so that you can thaw them as you need them? Just add fresh cheese and bun as needed.

You can if you want but your better off just freezing the cooked meat and making the rest of the burger up when you feel like one.

Yeah, but the cheese won't have the same texture and the buns may get that freezer taste associated with frozen bread.

Cooked or un-cooked they freeze nicely.

Yes but they will taste better if you leave the cheese off and add it when you thaw them.
