The smallest ones made that I know of are the ones used in pellet pistols and rifles.
Some of the ones that I have are 3/4" outside
diameter x 3 -1/4" long, and contain 12 grams of liquid CO2.
These are the "Powerlets" made by Crossman.

Harbor Freight and Grainger have a 20 oz portable stainless steel sprayer. There is a screw on lid to fill it, and an air fitting to pressurize the container. There is a screw fitting to utilize the contents of the vessel.

check out air gun (pellets or BBs) suppliers. I used to have one with a CO2 canister that fit in the pistol grip. Unfortunately, it was only good for about 25 shots before it had to be changed.
