Most couples after marriage do tend to gain a bit of extra weight. This is due to the new lifestyle they will become use to. Staying in and having cooked meals.
If he is unfit in other areas I'm sure you can discuss it. After all you just entered into a new and exciting chapter in your life. It's best to e honest.
I mean... if you asked him 'does my butt look big in this' when trying on an evening dress to your work do... would;t you want the truth? (Then again if he is your love he will probably say 'No my love, you look beautiful')
In fact why don't you suggest taking up a sport or some class which can help improve his physical fitness?

We ll depends on what you mean by"physically unfit'? IF~you are talking about the "other thing"
then go with him to see a good family doctor!!
He should be able to help you both!
If its~a~ real fitness problem then evening walks , daily light exercise . good diet ! All these will help!!

You married him for better or for worse so you need to keep your vows and stay with him. What if it were you that was physically unfit (WTF does that mean?) what would you want him to do, leave you in the lurch or stand by you. That 's what you need to do now.

You marry a person for who they are, and you love them for who they are. If you are looking at a person and imagining the person you want to make them over into DON"T MARRY THEM!
Marriage isn't a "makeover project". Many people don't want to be 'changed'. You can encourage a partner to be the best they can be; however, you have to accept their choices in the end.

Treat him just the same. But find fun activities to do that will help get him active and that will be good for us both. Plus cook sensible, healthy meals.
