i dont talk like that but it really bugs me when they do. i just want to here ur opinion.

It's verbal diarrhoea. I find it intensely irritating becuase it breaks up the flow of the sentence and makes it harder to maintain concentration while these people drone on. If they actually listened to themselves or read a transcript of what they said, they'd probably see how stupid they look.
Other pet irritations:
1) People who say "You know I'm saying?" all the time. SHUT UP!!!!
2) People who say "you know" all the time - STOP IT!!!!
3) Ending each sentence with a raising of pitch like every sentence is a question - ARRRGGHHHHH!!!!
4) Interjecting ummm hesistation errrrr alll the ummmmm time - GO AWAY!!!!!
I need to de-stress....

It bugs me but I do it sometimes when I forget what I was saying earlier that day and I'm explaining it to someone else or if I can't get it out I'll say 'like, well, you know, umm' or something like that

It is common among youth who do not have a good command of the language, or the ability to express themselves. A limited vocabulary will also encouage this practice.
It makes one wonder if their teachers made any attempt to correct this. Surly they did it in school as well.

Bugs the hell out of me. I feel that people who don't pause or "um" or have some wierd "like" addiction speek well and are worth me listening.

It doesn't really bug me, but it's kinda wierd because " like " comes in ever two words.

Yes. They sound like Barbies-- with fluff in their heads. They sound stupid and immature. I thought Valley Girl talk went out in the 80's. It should have.
