I tried it and it didnt work too well. All it did was make me (and my hair) very very sticky. I heard that you have to have light blonde hair for it to work. Sorry!

Hope I helped!

If you have dark brown or black hair, lemon juice and sunlight will turn your hair a brassy orange. You can purchase color remover from any drug store like Walmart or Target for under $10 and it will remove all color, leaving a pale yellow base that will receive any new color very well. The color remover is in a white box in the hair color aisle, usually next to the blonding kits. (BTW, a blonding kit will also work) Keep in mind if you have colored your hair at all previously, it may take more then one attempt to fully lighten your hair. It's important to start with a pale yellow base to get a true color with what you put on afterwards. Good luck!

I dont think it would work with dark hair. You may have to try a product for it.

yes it will lighten it, be sure to sit in the sun but you might have to do it several times, for faster results use hydrogen peroxide. Just put it on and let it dry and put in on and let it dry, etc. etc.

It will lighten it but it will also damage it.
