what should I be weighing?
i'm like 5'6ish ?

That's me exactly. I recently did a body fat analysis, and I have 26.6% body fat, which is slightly overweight. I'm not very strong, so if you have more muscle than me you are most likely very healthy. I think an ideal weight for our height would be around 130-135.

They used to say a healthy weight is five pounds over 100 for every inch over five feet. So if you're five foot six, that'd be 130. However, that's an old wives' tale nowadays. Best advice is to see a doctor, or find a BMI calculator - weight is very relative since muscle weighs more than fat, and BMI takes that into account.

That is a healthy weight for your height. Just make sure you are eating mostly healthy meals and getting some exercise. Exercise doesnt have to be yucky, have fun with your friends like dancing or going bowling.

142 for 5'6" is not bad at all. Any less and you might be too thin. If you can keep that weight, you should be fine.

That is a good weight you don't want to be too think or it may look abnormal. That is a great weight for 5'6".

You should be around 130-120ish
