i agree, its better than slow dancing, the only time when slowdancing is as good or better than grinding is when the girl ur slow dancing with is really hot or u really like her. Other than that grinding is the stuff, except when ur grinding some1 u dont wanna grind and u dont really wanna tell them to go away cuz ur not that mean or u feel bad
