It's Hebrew. The page you cite above gives

This site is a writer and personal trainer
and also contains a historical novel about
the Jews.
Unfortunately, my knowledge of modern Hebrew
is minimal, so I can't translate it for you. I can
only make out a few words. Sorry!

looks Arabic or Hebrew... you read it from right to left.... take it to a language expert or someone of Muslim or Hebrew faith....if you look at document it states Jewish........
