technically no. most operate off john Browning's mechanically locked recoil operated system like the 1911, but there is a small number of .45acps that are blowback operated with a fixed barrel (the rare savage 1911 comes to mind).
depending on how technical you want to get the lock up on the sig p220 (yes it does come is SA only) and the hk usp and hs2000 (both available in SA only) are significantly different than the 1911's lug system even though they all operate on the same basic principle.
not to mention the striker fired system of glock, s&w m&p, kahr, springfield XD ect, not really SA or DA but still mechnicaly locked, recoil operated.
the witness/cz 75/baby eagle(jericho) actually have a similar lock up to the 1911.

I don't know of any other single action .45 autos besides the 1911 pistols. I know that there are many other types of .45 autos out there with double action triggers (Beretta, Ruger, Smith and Wesson, Glock, Taurus, etc).

Tangfolio (CZ75 copy) Witness w/ single action trigger.

Nothing like 1911, frame cuts in slide + receiver reversed, trigger mechanism totally different, ................. more like browning highpower, but not 1911.

I suspect most semi-autos share a lot of common features that can be different in design.

I can't think of one model off hand that doesn't use some, or all of John Brownings original design.
