I had hot jalapeno jelly at a party and it was so good. She spread it on top of cream cheese and we had it with crackers. Very yummy!!

It's used to garnish snacks like chips and Ritz crackers. I wouldn't suggest using it in any other way. If you're not used to really spicy foods, you'll find that jelly a bit much. Try a little bit spread on a Ritz to see if it's not too spicy for you. I happen to like my foods very spicy - I'm from New Mexico - and when I discovered jalapeno jelly, it was a delight. My wife, from Iowa, can't eat any of it - says it's way too hot for her!

Put a piece of sharp cheddar cheese on top of a cracker and then spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the hot pepper jam on top of the cheese. Bet you'll keep eating until you're out of crackers (or jam), (or cheese). It's an addicting mix of salty and sweet with a little kick.

One word : pork chops.

OK, that's two words, but it's good.

Or as a ham glaze.
