where can I find free green screen, video stock footage?

the stock footage is normally the background element. the foreground subject is the one with the green screen, this is usually what you shoot. Some animations can be purchased which can key or chroma key as a forground subject, ie a flag or ribbon that runs on the top video layer. Regular stock and animations are sold on eBay, catagory is stock photos.
