Can these cause skin problems/ bad for your health? white pigments ect?

Can these cause skin problems/ bad for your health? white pigments ect?

Eating eggs and drinking milk?
Eating apples and drinking milk?
or all together?

I heard something like this a very long time ago and just wanted to clear it up.

I don't remember hearing anybody get sick or die eating cakes, apple pie, cookies, french toast, and the like. They all have either eggs and milk or apples and milk.

Go figure.
