Camera Repair?

I plugged my camera in with the wrong charger accidentally and now it won't turn on. Any idea if this is something that can be fixed or does something like that just fry all of the electronics?

It is toast. Time to look for a new camera.

Even if it is repairable it would cost so much just to open the darned thing up,

You can use it as a paperweight. Time to start shopping for a new camera.
