i have had severe sinus and hayfever for the last ten years and the only product that has helped me is a claryntine tablet .one a day or when ever you have yours .its works within ten minutes,they dont leave you drowsy, grogy,no sneezing ,no bloked nose.no sniffing.you buy it at the chemist.

Yes, neti pot is the answer! It is going to take some time for you to get used to using it, and all of that, but it is all natural, you only need to pay for it once, you never run out of it, and it actually WORKS!

have you ever heard of a netti pot? it sounds kind-of gross but you put salt water in a small "netti pot" and it has a spout that you pour through one nostril and it comes out the other. it really works. you can get them at most natural stores or online. good luck!

Netti pot is good I saw that on Oprah. I use 24 hour Sudafed. And it works for me
