Excessive vitamin E can interfere with vitamin K. This, in turn, would affect clotting when you have an injury that involves bleeding. Also, if you are taking an anti-coagulant, it will intensify its effects.

Keep in mind that vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin meaning it is stored in the liver so it can cause toxicity.
