If you don't believe in God then don't force yourself to, I'm a christian because I was born one, (though my parents aren't, I've just always known there was something bigger than us) you were not born into any faith so just leave it at that.
You are angry, I can see that. But God gave humans free will, that's the whole point in us, He put humans here to see if people can believe in Him blindly, no matter what happens and He has risked everything for us, even sending his favourite son into hell (thats satan) - all I can say is that God loves you. That is, if you believe in love? I mean, you can't see it can you?

Seriously? That's a lot of questions. I wasn't going to answer them. I thought about it all night, actually. But I think you really want to know, so I'm going to answer you.

1. God can't be proven physically, nor can He be proven scientifically. God has to be experienced personally. In order for God to be experienced personally, a person has to be OPEN to accepting the possibility that there is a God. It's not up to me, or to any other believer, to prove to you or to anyone else that God exists.
2. Why doesn't God "save" us? He already did! Some people just haven't caught up to this fact. And there are much worse things than death.
3. There ARE miracles. Ask any believer. I've seen miracles myself, and several of them WERE of biblical proportion. The problem is, when there's a miracle, those who DON'T believe try to explain it away, even when it defies all natural explanation.
4. Not all priests/preachers are "conning" people "out of money." There are many honest ones, who feel they are doing God's work, because God CALLED them to preach.

As far as the child molestation goes... It's a horrible thing to have to live through...I know from experience. If my parents had listened to God and HADN'T stayed in South Carolina, it never would have happened. However, we saved a church from extinction while we were there, many people in the town became Christians, and the man who molested me never touched another child while we were there, or after we left.

For many years after that, I HATED the man who did that to me, I HATED God for allowing it (which led me to the hasty and incorrect conclusion that He didn't exist), and I HATED the church. Ever since I became a Christian, though, all that hatred has disappeared. And, I'm no longer sickened, repulsed by, or scared of men older than me. I also no longer feel guilty for not telling anyone. I know now why I didn't, and what would have happened if I had.

Is it the same situation with other children who were molested? I don't know. All I know is, God did for me in ONE NIGHT what several years of therapy (and over a decade of trying to forgive and forget) could not do.
5. God DOES still provide miracles, and there ARE healings. As I said, I've seen several, and I've heard more stories from others. I've seen things that completely defy rational explanations. The ONLY explanation is God.
However, God only takes over when humans fail. And in a world where so MANY lead prosperous lives, there is no excuse for even ONE child in Nigeria starving to death. There is NO excuse for the 28% literacy rate in Burkina Faso. What are YOU doing to help people? What am *I* doing to help people? What about all the other R&S users? It has nothing to do with religion. Why aren't ALL of those who can, engaging in acts of philanthropy? Why don't we PROVE that we're not selfish and apathetic? There's no reason why we can't. Did you know that $200 can feed a family of six for a month in Poland? Did you know that there are missions all over the world whose sole purpose is to feed those starving children?
But you know, we hadn't been aware of conditions in other countries until recently, like within the last century. It takes time. However, even before the world began shrinking (figuratively speaking) there were missionaries who were called to go to those countries, and feed those children, and bring them clean water, and teach them how to irrigate, and bring them medicine and other medical supplies. You always hear about the missionaries who went to force a conversion, not the ones who just went to share the love of Christ by ACTING on it.
On Earth, WE are supposed to be God's hands. WE are supposed to show God's love. WE are supposed to be God's feet. So why aren't we doing it?...No, scratch that, why are so FEW doing it?
God only performs miracles where mankind fails. There's no reason for mankind to fail in feeding starving children.

By the way, I am sorry about your nephew. I don't know why he wasn't saved. You'd have to ask God about that one.

The very thing you are asking is more proof that God exists. The Bible says in the last days people will come asking where is this Christ and His miracles. So the very reason it is true is that you are asking these ignorant questions.

I thought it would be ironic to do a spoof Cristian answer that includes, pity, faith, mystery, freewill, God's master plan.....

but I see its been done a dozen times already.

Sorry about our nephew, and I hope you find some comfort in rationalising it as a sad potential outcome of being just an ordinary human being, that doesnt make us any less special.

Do you know, this question is posted at least once a week?
My answer to you is read the Bible and ask the One who wrote it and He will show you many scriptures that prove He is real and He will show you how to find Him;
He said you will find Him when you seek for Him with all your heart
I hope you do and God's love to you dear~
He is (does exist) and is a rewarder of them that dilligently seek Him;
and let me tell you, He is wonderful!
BTW I am not religious, I'm saved, filled with the Holy Spirit have a relationship with Him and looking for His return soon!
I lost a 3 year old grandson, but it's not God's fault and I know I will see him again and we will be together forever

I'm not religous, im christian, its a difference. And their are always miracles out there, God is so powerful. If you believe in Him you can see your nephew healed. I had i kidney disorder and my parents laid hands on it and it went away, I had allergies, and prayed, and its completey gone, my pastor's son was dead for 14 mintues and they raised him from the dead. He is so smart! He's 21 now, anyway theirs way more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm only 13.

Will you receive Jesus Christ right now?
Here is how you can receive Christ:
1. Admit your need (I am a sinner.)
2. Change your attitude that you can save yourself. Change your attitude to the fact that only Christ can save you by what He did on the cross (Repent...means a change of mind or attitude)
3. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you and rose from the grave.
4. Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ to come in and control your life through the Holy Spirit. (Receive Him as Lord and Savior)

I am truly sorry for the loss of your nephew and all the sorrow your family is in. There is no greater wound than the loss of a child. I speak comfort and rest over your weary hearts.

Yes, I can answer them.

1.- I can't prove that God exists. I believe in him.

2.- You'd need to learn about Theodicy, which is a complete branch of Theology I can't summarize here. See the link.

The answer to your question is, This World belongs to the Devil. The Kingdom of Heaven is the world that Jesus belongs to.
And if you follow his lead, that is where you will go as well. In the bible Pontius Pilate was baiting Jesus and sayings things like if your a king call your army. Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world. and we know it is in the spirit world where we will all go after we die. That is when we will be sent to to the place prepared for us.

It sounds like you are very angry and hateful... nothing we can say is going to convince you of anything. No one is happy that bad things happen, this does not mean God doesnt exist, it means we have free will. If God made everything perfect so that no one would die or hurt or commit crime, then we'd be puppets.
