.. on a major , wide open cut
put a bandage round it or a band-aid ???

A big wide open cut probably needs to be closed. Dress it and go to doctor.

Clean around it and then cover it with a bandage if the blood comes through the bandage do not remove just keep applying bandages to a maximum of 3. Then if the blood comes through that then start again with fresh bandages. I hope this advice helps. Kind regards julie

a wide open cut is serious... try apply pressure on it with a bandage... go to the doctor and see u it needs stictches...

use a pressure bandage.... and get to adoctor ASAP You might need stitches... Dont be silly... go go go
