I am a beauty therapist from New Zealand, I haven't heard of Elizabeth Grady.
What we do in a facial is start with a double cleanse of the face and decolletage area, the first cleanse gets rid of the dirt and second cleanse actually cleans the skin.
We might do a skin consultation then steam and exfoliate, this could take up to 10mins depending on how congested the skin is, extractions can be done at this time.
Depending on what type of facial it is there would be a 10-20min massage then a mask applied sometimes with a serum under it.
This is left for 10mins and sometimes either a hand or foot massage would happen when the mask is on.
Then remove the mask cleanse again, tone then moisturise.
Afterwards drink lots of water as the massage will get the lymphatic system working to get rid of the toxins in you body and the water will help to flush them out quicker.
Just go there and enjoy it a facial is a fantastic experience if done well.
Hope you enjoy it.

I've never had one from Elizabeth Grady, but I have been going to get them about once a month for the past year.

Typically, they'll exfoliate, massage, and do extractions. The extractions may or may not hurt. I've heard mixed reviews, to me, they don't hurt very much. It feels like a small pinch.

The first day, my skin was really red and looked a bit "scary." I was actually pretty horrified. I had the idea that I would come out with glowing, beautiful skin. It really wasn't so. However, my skin did FEEL better. It wasn't until the next day that I really started to SEE the difference.

It really has helped my skin though, that's why I keep going back.
