I left 35mm disposable cameras on the tables at our wedding reception. After the xrays at the airlines, people forgetting to turn the flash on, and letting CVS develop them (and put them on disk), they look really bad. Theres a great deal of artifact on top of the other problems listed before. Is there any way to help improve the photos? I've tried removing artifact, but then they look blurry. Cropping helped a little, but they are far from clear. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, no. A good custom lab might be able to make marginally acceptable prints from over-exposed or under-exposed negatives. Its like trying to un-pickle a pickle. Or the old computer adage: "Garbage in, garbage out."

the only way would be to individually photoshop each of the pics. it would take a long time & would require knowledge of photoshop.

that's why people pay the professionals to photograph the wedding. the little one-time use cameras are only good in sunlight.
