I am doing a report for schhol, and our focus is, Major Gambling Cities of the US. So what I need to know is, what are some major gambling cities?
When i say "major", i mean, 30+ casinos. Is that alot? Maybe I should lower the standards. 25+ at the least. Also, I would like to know which cities have outlawed gambling completely.
And one more thing, what are some cities in other parts of the world that have many casinos? Many thanks.

Las Vegas and Reno NV and Atlantic City, NJ are the big ones.

I think you need to define what a casino is. Almost every grocery store, gas station, and convenience store in Nevada has video poker, but only Reno and Las Vegas would be considered "major" gambling cities. And then there is South Lake Tahoe, which only has a few large casinos, but is a big tourist draw for gamblers in Northern California.

Also, there are probably way too many individual cities that have outlawed gambling, so you might want to look at states that have banned it. Even then, every state is complicated. Here in CA, gambling is banned, but there are a few card rooms, and of course Indian casinos.

I don't know what the requirements of your report are, but you might want to narrow your focus to a smaller geographic area, like Nevada or the Mississippi River area. As far as the rest of the world, Macau attracts more tourists for gambling than Las Vegas.

The Loop, the ORIGINAL Deep Dish Pizza, Millennium Park, Da Bears, O'Hare Airport, Daley Administration, Sears Tower, Bulls Basketball, Taste Of Chicago, Loolapalooza, Oprah Winfrey, The Mag Mile, Cubs/Sox Rivalry, Chicago Merc, Vienna Beef Hot Dog, Kanye West..... It's the small and otherwise unoticable things that makes Chicago a one-of-a-kind :)
