What is the best cruise to go on? How long, what company, and what ship? I am trying to decide where to go for my honeymoon and I need something with reasonable prices. Any suggestions?

Since you are going on your honeymoon I suggest a good elegant cruise line like Princess or Celebrity. Most cruises are normally 7 days so you need to decide if that is enough time or too much. There are also cruises of 3, 4 or 5 days, and longer ones of 8 , 12 or 15 days or more.

WE did our honeymoon cruise to Alaska in the month of May. The Alaska cruise season is May through September so you can start booking now for next year. The fares are just a little cheaper in May and September but the cruises are pretty much the same. Princess also does a cruise-tour package which allows you to add days to your cruise by traveling by bus and train overland to Fairbanks with options for stops in Denali National Park.

The sky is the limit on cruises and you can find them from about $350 to $3000, depending upon what you want to spend and where you want to go. Another nice inexpensive cruise is to Bermuda. Several cruise lines do them from Boston, NY City, and occasionally even Philly, Norfolk, Charleston, SC and Jacksonville, FL. But a 5, 6 or 7 day cruise to Bermuda would be great (been there twice by cruise ship. Try Royal Caribbean or Celebrity for their cruises there, or Norwegian.

You may not be getting many answers becuz your question is really vague.

what do you like to do? are you adventurous? do you enjoy hiking or biking? Or, are you more laid back? looking for white sandy beaches and romantic waterfalls?

how much are you looking to spend?

I recommend a 7-day cruise. My feeling is a 4-day or less and you will feel gypped. HAWAII is a great choice, but if your finances are limited, go for a Caribbean Cruise. Western Caribbean is usually less expensive but just as beautiful and wonderful as any other.
