Well the "fuse" is a detonator, you know like a blasting cap? If it is live it will go off in about 3-4 seconds and make a very loud noise that is a little louder than a gunshot. I wouldnt recommend pulling the pin, we are not talking about a firecracker.
Any sort of detonator is illegal to have without a license.
If you want to know what to do with it CALL the NON-EMERGENCY number for your local police and ask.
DO NOT walk into the police station with ANYTHING that looks like a live grenade and start waving it around.

IF IN DOUBT you are morally responsible contact your local police, it is NOT an offense to have a practice grenade, but if this fuse is real then you will need a good explanation on where you obtained it.
DO NOT just dump it, as some kid may find it and get hurt.

you can unscrew the cap to make sure it's a test grenade.if it's a test grenade and you pull the pin it's about like a fire cracker when it go's off.but please be sure it's a test grenade before you kill your self.

It will have a mild explosion. not as much as a regular grenade, but it will injure you if you get close

It will blow the fuse and if it has not had the excellerant removed it will blow up, if you survive you will vist the hospital then the jail.

If it is not dude. It will go off in about four seconds do not have this in your hand or around anything that you do not want hurt.

if you do throw it, if you don't you may have it checked out by officals! If it is live, and your caught with it, serious trouble.
