Well, you have a very good eating plan. Make sure that you are eating 4-6 meals per day in "small" portion but eat enough so when you finish your meal you should still feel a bit hungry. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day otherwise this whole diet thing will not work as well & do not drink any soft drinks. Remember breakfast should be your biggest meal because it has to get you through the day, and have your smallest & lightest meal at dinner because you cant burn that off. I think the problem might be your not drinking enough water, thats why you are so hungry. Also whenever you are hungry for a snack at night or during the day just have a bit of fruit. All the meals should be eaten every 2-3 hours. For excercising try joining aerobics and doing it for 1 hour 2-3 times per week minimum and do other cardiovascular workouts such as running, jogging, jumping etc. Aerobics can really increase your matabolism and keep your heartbeat up.

Your body will be absorbing all of the fats and sugars from the sweets and bread which if you eat too much can lead to excess calories. If they are not burned then they turn into fat which is stored all over the body. Another concern with sweets and breads is that you are not getting many nutrients from the food. Always be sure to eat food that is packed full of nutrients, (like whole grain bread) bread and sweets are not bad in moderation. So just watch your intake and you'll be fine!

Um well lots of things but lets focus on the main one. YOU WILL BE HUGE!!!!!!! If you are the kind of person who doesn't mind being obese then go right on ahead and eat as much candy as you can get. But, if you are smart you would eat an apple or something that is actually good for you. In case you haven't noticed everyone is getting fat. Just eat the right thing for once. Instead of a Big Mac get a salad. It will taste just as good and it will be so much better for you. So if you have a half of a brain put down the twizzlers and pick up a banana your body will thank you and so will everyone else you know. Believe me they do not want to see you weigh a thousand pounds and have to get gastric bypass. Make a good choice.

Sweets are good in moderation but too many can lead to illnesses. Bread is full of carbohydrates but, as with sweets, you can get fat if you have too much. You want to ahve a varied diet so you don't get ill from lack of vtamins and minerals.

IAW the old folks, you would likely develope "sugar diabetes" (now known simply as diabetes). It will affect your moods, temperament, liver, kidneys, your hormones, your bone loss and all that good stuff.
Which is why they recommend a "balanced diet".

If you don't burn it off, you gain weight, if you do, then nothing really. If that's ALL you eat, you'll porbably get some kind og vitamin deficiency, but you only gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn off
