Well here is the calorie count down:
3 eggs: 225 calories
Onion: 10 calories
Salt: 0
Pepper: 0
Green bell pepper: 25 calories
2 toats: 200 - 250 depending on what kind of toast
Butter: Depends on how much butter.
Ketchup (ALOT): well its 20 calories a tablespoon.
So it should be around 665 calories. So i would round it to 700 calories cause i dont know how much butter or ketchup you put on.
Tips to a good breakfeast:
Lets say your a chocolate lover: How about some nutella.
Cook 2 peices of whole grain toast and add 1 and a half tablespoons of nutella. Also add some fruits and some milk if you like. 400 calories
A good healthy breakfeast to start the day :)
