WHY DO CHRISTIANS TRY TO TRADEMARK THESE TWO STATEMENTS AS IF IT WAS NEVER SAID BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF JESUS ?

THESE ARE SUMMARIES OF THE LAWS........... THE LAWS STILL NEED TO BE FOLLOWED.

Yes, it was...and it's also a commandment in the Torah. "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself" (lev. 19:18).
Christians tend to act like Jesus was the inventor of the phrase.

i'm agnostic/deist, yet i think of the Sermon on the Mount provides some somewhat reliable existence instructions. I understand Jesus' coaching, and the areas that don't seem to jibe with love, acceptance, social justice, etc. I basically anticipate have been further later. I got here to deism by using searching for a version of the bible that replaced into basically Jesus' words--and that led me to Thomas Jefferson's "bible", and directly to Thomas Paine, etc.

Yes. The difference was the use of fear in the Old Testament. Jesus watchword was always Fear Not. God is a loving Heavenly Father. Jesus also gave the old Golden Rule of love God and Love your Neighbor a new spin: Love God your Father with all your heart and mind and soul and love your fellows as I loved you." This is quite different - God as a loving Father and the family of humankind is to love one another the way Jesus loves us. Wow. See what I mean?

Technically yes, because Jesus taught that the whole Jewish law is summarized by Loving God and neighbor.

It certainly was. Jesus the Christ said, that He didn't come to abolish the law, but He came to fulfill it. In Jesus you can see the love of God.
