She doesnt know where to start. Its really easy for her to get the stuff. its always just one phone call away and all it takes is a minute of weakness. She ends up doing 3g on weekends, every weekend. Are there any tablets that can help fight off the anxiety?

thanks guys

She should go and see her GP, but she needs to realise that she cannot associate with the people that give it to her anymore, too much temptation.

Tell her good luck!

Cocaine depletes the body of calcium, zinc, selenium, iron, pottasium, and many other minerals. A daily regimen of vitamins and mineral supplements wil help replenish these. A small dosage of Niacin daily will help flush the toxic buildup fro the liver and kidneys. Large doses of vitamin C and al the B vitamins ,ie., B-1, B-2- B-3 and on through B-12 is good. Also, cut down on red meat. Also drink water until your brain floats. Cranberry juice is the best diuretic. None of this will be effective if use of Cocaine continues. Seek help through a reputable Rehab center and attend daily meetings.

Dear, doing an 8-ball a weekend is quite a bit. And that's what you know about.

There is no "tablet" to help her. If she stays on coke, it will make any medication ineffecitve. She most likely uses alcohol as well, I'd wager.

She needs to get into inpatient rehab. If she doesn't have medical insurance, she can go to her county chemical health unit for an assessment. She cannot stop on her own--she needs professional help and quickly.

A rehabilitation centre is the only way, they have the proper facilities for detox and life management. No one can just quit cocaine, it is impossible. In this facility they will be able to help her detox and get the poison out of her body, and they, and only they can prescribe her medications for dealing with her issues if need be. Most likely, they will show her how to live a completely drug free life, and she will have to learn those skills. Medication is not candy, it has effects, side effects and long term side effects, only a physician can make those decisions, and there are no promises of trading gone drug for another. Your friend will have to learn the hard way to deal with life drug free. Good luck to you both.

Try shock tactics. People who use cocaine can get brain damage and loads of other serious problems. Look it up on the net. An awful ad about smoking made me give up a few years ago so it's worth a try.

Coke not only has psychological addictions it is one of only a handful of drugs that also has a physical addiction that makes it one of the hardest to quit, trust me i know for a fact. Inpatient rehab is first option if not that she needs to get away from everything and everyone asociated with the drug sub culture. The only advice I would give to your friend is to seek help for her addiction. See if you can try and get her to check herself into a rehab facility, and try and get her to hang around people who don't do drugs(like cocaine). I wish her all the best of luck in her road to recovery.
