No, but you must register for the Selective Service, which means that if there is a draft, you are in the pool of people to get drafted. All males from 18 to 25 except people on temporary visas must register.

At the present time, there does not appear to be any chance of a draft coming in soon. You could be deported if you fail to register. You can register at your local Post Office.

Every country has different laws regarding immigration. Check with the particular country's embassy. That's good place to start.

Details would be helpful. If you mean immigrate to the U.S., no, you do not need to join the army or something, but it should be a requirement. If you want something, you should be willing to be committed, to pay the price.

No, you do not have to joint the army. The US military is an all volunteer force.
