what is the best way to increase my muscel mass? I want to have really thick arms that are muscel not fat. Please can i have some real answers that really work, and not stuff that u copied and pasted off an internet source. Thank you

Uhh, the best way is to work out...
For mass, do strength excercises (Push-ups and weightlifting in general.) Those people with the thick, muscular arms have them because they worked hard over the course of years, there are NO shortcuts.

Make sure you get lots of protein and some complex carbohydrates, ya need protein to build muscle and the complex carbs for energy. Eat healthily and avoid too much simple carbs (sugars) and fats, especially saturated fats. If you want to, you can use protein shakes or musclebuilding drinks (Mass XXX is my favorite) but you have to work out hard after you drink them to make sure all the energy they give you doesn't turn to fat.

And don't be afraid to eat. If you work out without carbohydrates and proteins in your system you can actually deteriorate your muscles rather than building them. Just eat RIGHT.

The best way to increase muscle mass is to lift the heaviest weight than you can lift with proper form for 6-8 repititions- and 2-3 sets.
Do barbell curls,dumbbell curls,tricep pressdown,tricep kickback,etc.
Make sure that you eat plenty of protein also.

I would say more weight less reps. I know that compound exercises such as the bench press can help. One thing to remember though when working you, you cant just focus on one part. You have to work everything and switch up your exercises every once in a while. If your interested in taking supplements, I would suggest whey protein and creatine.

Weight lifting and eating. You cannot lift without eating. That destroys tissue. By the way, make sure you lift correctly. You cannot do it every day. You basically tear down muscle; then you give it time to heal and build. Then you tear it down again. As it heals it gets stronger. It won't heal unless you eat and provide nutrients and protein. Good luck! Don't overdo it.

cardio is good because it burns fat while you gain muscle
ex. treadmill, kickboxing, boxing, etc
make sure you eat stuff that has a lot of fibre like whole grains (bread, pasta, etc) and fruits/vegetables, as this will increase metabolism and energy so you can burn more fat
