Wow, you have some direction! That's great you are starting a exercise program. Hey you sound motivated which is half the battle. I have found in the past that if I plan on working out 5 out of 7 days (or 4 out of 7 days) is better. You do need days off to have your muscles recuperate. That's so great! Keep up the good work and insperation!

I jog 1 hour every three days and circulate it with swimming. I think that is a great idea. If you are at a height at 5'1", your weight should be between 110 - 130.

All exercise is healthy. The recommended amount of exercise per day is one hour. Anything more than that is excellent!

That's fine. Just make sure you're drinking enough water and doing some warm-up stretches: You don't want to tear your muscles.

Good luck!
