Yes 9/11 happened about 6 years, but without 9/11 happening do you think more people would not be afraid of flying? Do you know anyone that will not travel by plane, just because of 9/11? Airport security is so strict now, so it's almost impossible for 9/11 to happen again. For the people who won't travel by plane, I think their a pain in the butt. I don't mean to be rude, but flying is so much fun. People need to start realizing that traveling by plane, is better then it seems. I LOVE traveling by plane. What's your opinions?

Totally agree with you, man. I love to fly and wish I could do it more often. These people need to meet with a psychiatrist who is an expert in dealing with fear. Some people are afraid to fly due to the possibility of being in an (infrequent) plane crash (crashing into a mountain, field, water, whatever, though you have a better chance of surviving a car crash) but the people worried about 9/11 need some kind of reassurance that history will not repeat itself, though security can be a bloody pain.

You have raised several issues.
a) There are people who have always been afraid to fly and now are even more afraid.
b) Suggesting 9/11 can't happen again is too optimistic. I don't believe the security is up to scratch particularly on domestic routes.
c) People who put down flying because of the dangers and their paranoia are to be respected, just like those who believe flying is again safe.
d) I too love flying.
e) You fly in air-planes, or aeroplanes.
f) A plane is what a carpenters use.

9/11 can no longer ensue back because of the fact they have bolstered cockpit doorways and experienced pilots to in no way open the cockpit to terrorists whether they start killing passengers. additionally, passengers now understand to bounce/address any terrorists who attempt something on a plane - it has happened a number of cases and stopped the terrorists actually. the only threat with the aid of terrorists is they a approach or the different smuggle adequate explosives onto a plane to convey it down. this could actually be solved with the aid of having bomb-sniffing canines in each airport. they're affordable, worry-free to coach, and greater sturdy than the multi-million greenback machines they presently use. and that they could nonetheless have the bare scanner or TSA pervert grope for those that choose out of being sniffed with the aid of a canines.
