I don't know you, obviously, but I'll try to help you by analyzing each of the professions you listed against your list of goals, and maybe that will help you in your decision.
1. Child psychiatrist. In America, a psychiatrist is a medical doctor. If you work as a child psychiatrist, you will probably find volunteer opportunities counseling children during natural disasters and other traumatic situations that happen on a grand scale. Children and families are deeply affect by these things. All doctors have to continue their education, so you will have many chances to study. Doctors are often published, they often teach at hospitals and they give lectures and seminars too. Even if you're not a medical doctor but a child psychiatrist, I think the same things apply.
2. Dermatology is a good profession if you want to have children one day, because you will probably not be called to the emergency room in the middle of the night to remove a mole. Dermatologists usually work a regular workweek, and their stress level isn't as high as some other fields of medicine. The same opportunities for continuing studies and opening other doors apply for a dermatologist as well as a psychiatrist. As far as volunteer work, you can work with Operation Smile and assist in all kinds of reconstructive work being done on children and adults all over the world, depending on your training.
3. Pedologist. As far as I'm concerned, this field is wide open, and the sky is the limit.
4. Gynecologist. Personally, I think this profession is the least appealing of the ones you listed. You will be dealing with all kinds of female problems, including performing different kinds of surgeries, and of course you will be delivering babies. You will be really, really busy, on call a lot, and if you're in America, your malpractice insurance premiums will be astronomical. I'm sure you would find plenty of volunteer opportunities, particularly in impoverished countries. Research and writing opportunities would be the same as for any doctor.
Only you can decide what is best for you, and another thing you can do to research your future is talk to people who are in each of these professions and see what they have to say. Be prepared to ask each one about five or six questions, and I bet they will be very willing to help. You sound very ambitious and intelligent, and I wish you the best of luck.

"A. be something that it can be useful when i am volunteering.[if i study plastic surgery it won't be useful in The African population]"
Your dead wrong on that one.
Do you know how many people in Africa get disfigured because of war, famine, and strife? Not to mention children born disfigured because of the mentioned above? Do you know that in Africa (with MAYBE, the exception of South Africa) Health Care is non-existent?
You have to remember, you would be one of the RARITIES in Africa that can help people in need who cannot afford to get someone with the skills, talent, knowledge, and care they NEED so they can have a normal life (even among the chaos they live in).
You want to make an important decision? Make a decision to help people who can otherwise afford or even SEE the kind of care they would appreciate.
So many people are need of your skills to HELP their lives. Not like in L.A. where a large percentage of the population are plastic-solely for the purpose of VANITY. You can make some serious bucks with vane people, but if it's something meaningful, choose a profession where you will make a decent living because you give a damn about HELPING people.
But the most important decision in entering in a career is that THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND LOVE TO DO.
Bill Gates. Donald Trump. Richard Branson. Ret. General Colin Powell.
Why are they successful and what decision did they make to be successful? The first thing they put before making money, fame, and power is one thing: is THE LOVE.
Good Luck.

A or C. Any work done for/with children is best in my opinion. I'm more interested in the mind than the body, so I would pick Child Psychiatrist. Kids these days have so much to deal with and they need an outlet, someone they can talk to, etc.

either a paeditrictian/pedologist or a gynaecologist, because these are fields that you can work in when you're trying to help in developing countries out of hospitals and you can do a master and you can do a lot of other work... e.g. give advice in magasines, test which medicines are most child friendly, etc.

id say C, because as you said, there are a lot of kids in africa who need help, even in canada and the US theres still homeless kids on the streets in big cities, smaller comunities help eachother out, thats why you rarly see homless people in small towns, (Timmins, Ontario for example) but in big cities like Toronto and New York, its every one for themselves

Once you begin medical school, you do a rotation through all the different departments, and decide which one suits your knowledge, expertise, and lifestyle the most.
