Galileo Galileo was a Christian, George LeMaitre, the man who proposed the big bang theory was a devote Belgian priest, Professor Hawking keeps referring to God in his book “A brief history of time”. If people who have taken deep scientific thought about the universe believe in God why are their learners on this forum want to use their views to doubt the existence of the Creator?

Scientist feel they are responsible for the advancement of society based on their discoveries. When the MOST HIGH is the reason they have something to discover.

Everybody was a Christian when Galileo lived. LeMitre didn't let his religious beliefs blind him to the empirical observations he was making. Hawking may or may not believe in god. It has been suggested that Hawking's references to "god" in A Brief History of Time are tongue in cheek at best.

Care to make that point again?

You dropped the ball by mentioning Hawking. His references to God are purely metaphorical. He's an atheist.

People try to dought god because they dont want to be held acountable for there actions or they think its the smart thing to do. but you brought up a facinating point and it goes with my favorite quote With the universe spread so buitifly before us we can look up and see are creater. That is why more and more astronomist are becoming cristion they can see the magisty of god
