I think this guy likes me... he's been texting me everyday, asking me out all the time, and saying he wishes he was hanging out with me... he always texts me the next day and says he has a great time when we hang out.
So, how do I know if he wants a relationship or just something casual? I'm really bad at reading guys. I have been out of the dating scene for a while after a long, serious relationship and I've just recently put myself back out there because I am ready. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

He has also never tried anything sexually... not even kissing. He just hugs me when he leaves.

Well for one your still not ready for a relationship BECAUSE you still can't talk honestly with someone you love/care about. Like this guy, part of having a relationship is the ability to relate honestly your concerns, feelings, hopes and dreams. And hunnie you can't even ask him what he wants with you.... so yea, not ready yet.... ALSO, he can't ether, he is just beating around the bush, so really it doesn't matter. You guys need to be closer then this before hand anyways..... So my advice get closer before you blind yourself again with love for love sake, maybe won't be such a bad relationship this time....
