There is a small following of people who believe that drinking your own urine helps build up your immune system. I went to massage school with a girl who did that. Ick.

I've heard of very dedicated singers drinking their first pee of the day because does something to help their vocal chords.

Not in general, but if you are stranded in a situation with limited or no water (desert or mountain) - it could be the difference between life\death, i suppose.
There may be cultures that it is considered routine - who knows?
