I made a 10lb prime rib last night and have all these beautiful drippings leftover, does anyone have a recipe that would use them?

The drippings would make a great sauce or gravey base! Deglaze your pan with some great red wine, add butter and thyme and simmer to thicken. Season with salt and pepper as needed. If you've removed the drippings from the pan and put them in the fridge, let them come to room temperature and follow the above with the wine and butter and thyme. You can freeze the liquid in ice cube trays to add to other sauces or soups later.

Chill the drippings and skim the fat off the drippings. Now you can use drippings for soup stock, for instance, vegetable soup, or use it for cooking stock for vegetables, or almost anything. You can freeze it to keep it fresh. Freeze some in an ice cube tray and put the frozen stock cubes into plastic bags in the freezer, you can use a couple at a time.
