Anything that can lead to sexual relations outside of marriage is not good. If you are grinding then it will cause each person to become sexually excited, and then it will be hard to resist the temptation to have sex.
What do you mean by the catholic bible? There is only one Bible and its called the Holy Bible. God did not put a church's name on the Bible.
I would suggest to try to stay away from things that will lead you to temptation.
When I was young, I thought that all things were permissable, and I thought that I knew it all. Now that I am in my 30's, I realize that my parents were most of the time right. I used to think they were old fashioned but now I see that they were just trying to help me from making mistakes.
Sadly, not many people listen to advice, they would rather just rebel. However, the only good thing is that you learn from your mistakes. Those who stay away from temptation do not have to deal with the consequences of it.

grinding by dirty dancing? i believe it would be because it arouses sexual feelings between the 2 people, basically humping to a beat. i have grinded many times when i was a christian, and noone ever saw anything wrong with it. i am a muslim now and i look back to when i was in school and i believe it probably made alot of boys excited. because you know to have a girl rubbing all over a guys part sends a sex message to his little brain. so even if one of you is not thinking dirty , and they consider it just dancing, the other person might have feelings stirring and can cause that person to go home and relieve themselves if you know what i mean which is a sin . by watching porn or doing it to a picture, all adultry. because it doesnt mean just cheating on a husband or wife it means you can do it in your heart and mind and it still be a sin.

Grinding? Sounds sexual to me. The catholic hierarchy certainly has no problem with "grinding", if that's what it is.

well youre not actually having sex however the whole lustful thoughts thing probably makes it. but then again what is so wrong with lustful thoughts?
dont worry about it and dance all you want. if he doesnt want to then I will(if you want to ofcourse).
but if you really must know, it probably is.
