I have pondered the idea myself after working in a hospital around doctors. Bascally you need to know where there is a need and fill it . I would make flyers and drive to local hospitals and place my ads on their winshields, most of the spots are marked with doctors, nurses, etc... Many of the nurses and docs I work wiith have cleaning people and they pay higher rates, give bonuses, and keep people for years. Next try the courthouse there are many judges and lawerys with money and little time. Seek expensve neighborhoods, big houses, leave flyers and business cards in waiting areas, grocery stores. Solict in areas where there are working young working professionals

My dad would offer his services to community colleges, daycares and work for less than all the competetors. Be professonal, have references, and know your chemicals and how to clean and you could stand to make alot of money. Good luck!

Location matters in a high cost area you will get more than in a low cost area. You get work from word of mouth. When you have one house and they think you are great they tell people. Ask the person you clean for now if they will refer you since you are available more. You can post notes on bulletin boards or Craig's list but referrals are best.

if u would like to pursue this as a career,go to a mall, or walk down the street-and ask 100 people, if they would be interested in having u clean their home or business?
tally up the results, there's your answer.you will find out all kinds of things about what your wanting to do...Do not be enticed by all the slick ads that will help u get the business and sell u supplies cheap...get the
accounts, then get the supplies, save a lot of headaches and time....u will learn FAST..

location is very important. think of an area where you see lots of nannies and working people on the go. these people usually don't have time to clean their own homes and look for housecleaning.

The revenue cap is a cruel mistress, and 'condominium' gamers have become increasingly greater common. I believe an NHL analyst who suggested there could be a rule that prohibits gamers from resigning with a team in the event that they have been traded from that team close to the last date that previous season. this could discourage 'condominium' gamers and save gamers on communities longer.
