No, that is the purpose of spaying. This stops the female from having a cycle. You won't have to worry about the heat period anymore after being spayed. No more male dogs coming around from smelling your dog being in the yard.

Dogs do NOT have periods they have heat cycles which is totally opposite of a period. A dog that has been spayed will not have a heat cycle. The ovaries and uterus are removed during a spay.

It's not a period it is called going into heat and NO they won't have heat cycles after they are spayed.

no that is the whole point of getting them spayed. it takes away their reproductive organs so they cant physically have puppies. its kind of like when a woman gets a hysterectomy
