Instead of scriptures which say yes to your question, let us reason together.
From the smallest inner workings of a cell to the largest view of the universe, we see order, not chaos. Things on earth work in ORDERLY cycles to preserve life on earth. Like the water cycle (clouds to rain to water to evaporation to clouds). Photosynthesis (light to plant life to carbon dioxide to oxygen to growth).
All these things reflect order, a specific way of getting things done. Does it not make sense God would also have an acceptable form of worship? This is the only thing we as creatures of free will can give God that He does not already own. Especially when we consider what happened to Israel when they worshiped in ways He did not approve?
Considering there are 10,000+ religions claiming to worship as Jesus taught, there are definite imposters out there.

Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and the only way one would know about Him initially is by religion.
However, in seeking the truth of God, I think we need to see religion as the *means* to an end, and not as an end in itself. It will always be our personal, one-to-One relationship with God that matters most.

Yes, I believe that there is only one God and one Truth.
The early followers of Christ were referred to as following "The Way," not the "ways" so there can only be one means of finding salvation. Acts 9:2
Also at Mt 7:13-14, Jesus speaks of the narrow gate and the few that would find it. From this, we can deduct that the majority of mankind is on the wrong path.

If theree were more than one God: which one made the universe. And hence the rest could not be God, as they did not create the universe.
There are many religions, correct. Arguing that there is only One God, you would have to rule out the ones that believe in many gods.
Judaism teaches One God. Islam teaches One God. Christianity teaches one God. They have many beliefs in common. The books of |Moses are all revered by each of these religions. They believe in a moral code based on the ten commands.
The Jews are waiting for ther Messiah. Prophesies which speak of the Messiah were fulfilled 2,000 years ago when Jesus came to earth. Muslim people acknowledge Jesus as a prophet. Read the gospel of Mark for yourself, what do you think of |Jesus? Take a risk, ask God to let you know that He is real, that He cares for you and that He can change your life. 27 years ago I said yes to Jesus, He changed my life then, and today I still know that God is real and helps me.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Yes, there is only one way. But this way is taught and approached by different people of different religions according to their spiritual intellect, or spiritual advancement. Everyone is not in the the same level of advanced in knowledge. Is like in school or university. Many role, and very few graduate.
Yes. So therefore we accept Absolute Truth from the Absolute
And according to the Vedic system, in different times and different places, according to the mentality and the culture of the people, the Absolute has made Himself known on different levels, higher and lower levels. But The Absolute as revealed through the Vedas, specifically the Bhagavad-gitä, is the most advanced level. It is the standard by which all other levels are judged. It is the most advanced, complete knowledge.
The conclusion is, religion means to love God, and that means you must know who God is. Then you can have loving exchanges with Him.
Some Christian limit God by having just one son. But is God limited? He can have trillions and quadrillions of sons and send them to this material world in order to reclaim the conditioned souls.

Of course;
The creator of the universe (God) has left us guidance and an inside view of His personality through the bible.
Anyone who considers themselves to be our friend would not do things that we find to be offensive. Similarly, we as Gods servants should strive to do what HE wants by studying His word the bible.
We can't just say that it doesn't matter, we'll just do what OUR heart feels is right. God has standards that we have to follow even if it's inconvenient to us.
Plus, we can't just conclude that EVERY religion leads to God. How many religions today truly follow the bible? What about the ancient Aztecs? They used to rip a victims heart out (while still alive) and hold it up to the sun! No, not all religions lead to God.
The fact that people give me thumbs down on this answer proves that a lot of people don't like the truth.
2 Timothy 4:3 - "For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear."
A lot of people will say that "my religion is good enough for me". But is this really what GOD wants? For people to just please THEMSELVES? Look at what happened to Adam and Eve when they wanted to please themselves.
Shouldn't we look to Gods word to see what is an acceptable form of worship (religion)?

It depends on what "salvation" means to you? Salvation from what? self? hell? problems? Salvation for heaven? Salvation to make it easier to love people?
For me, I see salvation as being from "self". I am self-centered, making my circle small. I hate that I don't always put others ahead of myself. I say that I don't want to "look out for number one" and yet it is all I seem to do.
I've tried other ways to get past my "self". Secular humanism says that since I'm human, I can do anything I set my mind to, and that if it does not hurt anybody else, go ahead and do it. But I can't do whatever I set my mind to, and if all I'm caring about is myself, I'm hurting others all of the time. Secular humanism tolerates ever belief "whatever works, do it". But their leaders don't tolerate "the religious right-wing conspiracy". Focusing on getting MY needs met, doesn't help me reach out to others.
Some make wealth their god, going after anything they can get. The problem with that is that it never satisfies. If I make $100, I want to make $1,000, and then, what if I go below that -- I'll reach for $10,000. That's nothing, most people have more of that. I hoard what I have and don't spend on others, because what if I run out? I can give, but not until it hurts, which isn't much of a gift anywy.
Some religions promise eternal rewards for being good, loving others with no love for self. But if I am being good to get those rewards, then I'm not putting others ahead of self. If I am loving others for the purpose of getting rewards, the same thing goes -- I'm not loving others above self. So much for other gods.
And why are all of the other "gods" called "gods" anyway? Why not "Baals", "Ashterahs", "Jupiters", Zeus', or "Allahs"? Every myth has a kernal of truth -- maybe the truth in all of those myths is God?
In the Bible, Jesus said in John 14:6: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man cometh to the Father, but by mr." Those who don't believe the Bible don't believe that statement. I believe the Bible. It has been proven true.
What Jesus did was die for my sin of "self", and, since He had not sinned, He was able to live again. When we become believers, it is not an intellectual faith, agreeing with facts we know, we repent of self (change directions), telling God that we can't set it aside no matter how hard we try, and we "die" to self spiritually, as He did physically. We are reborn, and He lives in us, "Christ in you, the hope of glory) (Colossians 1:27b). He is able to love others with His love through us; caring more about the other person than about us. This is salvation from self, and a turning towards others. No amount of good works I EVER do in ANY other religion can wipe my slate clean. Only God can, through Jesus, and as Jesus lives in me through His Spirit, I'm able to love others more than myself 24/7.
So, that is why I believe that there is only one god, one truth, and one way to be saved.

it is impossible for there to only be one god or one truth, even if there was such a thing as "salvation."
Even within Christianity, there are so many variant gods. Pat Robertson's god approves of assassinating people, even fellow Christians. My (Christian) grandmother's god was nothing like Robertson's. The Calvinistic god essentially marginilzes/hates the poor; the god of the social reform movement (late 1800s/early 1900s) held the reverse view.
19th century French-Canadian Catholic immigrants resisted use of English because their god could only understand French and Latin.
one could go on and on; even within Christianity there is a de facto polytheism that would be more honestif everyone could name their specific versions.
